Invitations used to go out by email, with replies typed into Excel by hand. It was hard to see who had replied and who had not, and some guests slipped through.
We invited 230 guests and 210 confirmed. Every invitation was personal and the reminders went out on their own. We followed every reply in one place, without spreadsheets or paper, and it saved our organisation more than two working days.

Venues usually want the final headcount about ten days before the party. This plan works back from that date, so nothing runs late.
6 weeks before: list and prototype
Send your logo and the date. A free prototype with your company name arrives the same or next working day, and you import the guest list from Excel.
3 to 6 weeks before: send
Every employee gets a personal link by email or SMS. The finished invitation is ready 2 working days after you confirm.
A week after sending: reminder
An automatic reminder goes only to those who have not replied, at 10:00, when people read their email.
10 to 14 days before: final numbers
The RSVP deadline. Export the list to Excel, with plus-ones and dietary needs, and send it straight to the venue.
On the night: QR check-in
Staff scan each guest’s personal ticket with a phone, with no app to install.
After the party: thank-you
A thank-you message to guests who came on the night (€100).

Christmas party invitation questions.
When should we send company Christmas party invitations?
Three to six weeks before the party, with an RSVP deadline 10 to 14 days before, when the venue needs final numbers. For a party in mid-December, invitations go out by mid-November at the latest.
How much does a digital Christmas party invitation cost?
Start (a ready-made design in your colours, with your logo) costs from €290 for up to 50 guests, and Brand (an invitation built on your identity) from €680. You pay once per event, with no subscription. The full price list by guest count is in the table above.
How quickly can we start?
We send a free prototype with your company name the same or next working day. The finished invitation is ready 2 working days after you confirm. For a party less than 5 working days away we work urgently, for +30%.
Can employees bring a plus-one, and how do we collect dietary needs?
Yes. You set the plus-one rule for each guest, and dietary needs, allergies or transport are your own questions in the same reply. Everything exports to Excel for the venue.
What about colleagues who rarely check email?
Send the invitation or the reminder by SMS as well, at €0.20 per message (at least €30 per event). You see who has opened it, and the rest get a targeted message after 24, 48 or 72 hours.
Is sending invitations to employees GDPR compliant?
Yes. Guest data is stored in an EU database, you are the controller and we are the processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Personal data is anonymised after the event, and the invitation carries no ad trackers.
