Building and publishing with a sealdate signature are free, up to 20 guests. You pay once, per occasion, when you want the signature gone and unlimited guests. Want a custom design for any occasion? Our team makes it to an individual quote, and business events are priced by quote only.

Yes. You pay once and the invitation is yours until the event — no monthly charges, no surprise costs.

Until the event date + 30 days. Your guest list and RSVPs stay available in the dashboard afterwards too.

Yes, any time and free of charge. Changes are visible to guests instantly on the same link — nothing needs to be resent.

On the invitation itself, in a few taps: whether they're coming, plus-ones and a message. The guest gets an email confirmation with the schedule and an “Add to calendar” button; you get a notification and an overview in your guest book.

No. Guests just open the link in their browser, on phone or desktop — no apps, accounts or passwords.

No. Everything is edited with a simple form and a live preview — like filling out a form.

You get a free, memorable address like name-and-name.sealdate.com to share with your guests.

Only you can see it. We don't use it for anything else, and you can export or delete it any time. (GDPR details in the Privacy policy.)

Email us at info@sealdate.com if something isn't working as it should — we're here to help. As the product is digital and available immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once the invitation has been created (you confirm this at checkout).

Yes, for any occasion: a wedding, christening, birthday, anniversary, graduation or business event. We design from scratch or adapt an existing design, with custom illustration, colours, monogram, photos, animation and your own domain. You receive pricing and timing in an individual proposal; send your enquiry from the Custom invitations page.

Yes. One reply lists everyone who’s coming (adults, children and babies), and each person picks from the options you offer: menu, gluten-free meal, accommodation or transport. You can add up to 8 questions of your own. Your guest overview shows the total for every choice, and you can export the list to Excel for your caterer.

Yes, for every occasion. Import guests from Excel or CSV or add them by hand, and each one gets a link that greets them by name. Send by email with automatic reminders, or from your own phone via WhatsApp and Viber, one tap per guest. You can see who opened the invitation and check guests in at the door with a QR code. A free invitation takes up to 20 confirmed guests.

Yes. Drag tables onto your floor plan (round, long, head and sweetheart tables), and automatic seating keeps families and friends together. It works on your phone too. Export an entrance poster, place cards and per-table lists as PDF, and guests can find their own table by typing their name.

You can. The print-ready PDF is a €15 add-on: a 12 × 17 cm card with bleed and crop marks, with a QR code on the back that leads to the RSVP, plus an A4 version for your home printer. We don’t print or post invitations; take the PDF to any print shop.

Music from our library is free. Adding your own song costs €9, and each additional one €5.

Yes. Guests choose their language on the invitation. A paid invitation includes two languages, and each extra one is €5. Alongside English, Croatian, German and Italian you can use Serbian, Bosnian, Spanish and French.
