Invitations used to go out by email, with replies typed into Excel by hand. It was hard to see who had replied and who had not, and some guests slipped through.
We invited 230 guests and 210 confirmed. Every invitation was personal and the reminders went out on their own. We followed every reply in one place, without spreadsheets or paper, and it saved our organisation more than two working days.
How it works
From guest list to the door, step by step.
The same flow for a party, a conference or a launch. You watch the numbers; the system sends, reminds and counts.
01: Import the list
Import guests from Excel, up to 2,000 rows. We recognise headers in English, Croatian, German and Italian.
02: Personal links
Every guest gets their own link by email or SMS (€0.20 per message). The link opens their invitation, with their name.
03: Replies come in
Every reply is on your list at once. You get a notification for each reply or once a day, as you choose.
04: Reminders
2 automatic reminders go only to those who have not replied, at 10:00.
05: Ticket by email
Guests who confirm get an email with a QR ticket, the event details and a calendar link.
06: Check-in on the day
Staff open the check-in link on a phone, scan tickets and see how many guests have arrived out of those expected.

Questions about RSVPs and QR check-in.
Do guests or door staff need an app?
No. Guests reply through their personal link, with no password or sign-up. Door staff open a separate link in the phone browser and scan tickets with the camera.
What if a guest doesn’t have the QR ticket?
Staff find them by first or last name, accents optional, and check them in with one tap. The page does not turn away a guest who never replied; it warns the staff instead.
Can a guest change their answer?
Yes, through the same link, until the RSVP deadline you set. After the deadline the invitation no longer offers a reply, and you have your final headcount.
How much do RSVP tracking and QR check-in cost?
Both are included in both packages: Start from €290 for up to 50 guests and Brand from €680. You pay once per event, with no subscription. SMS is an add-on at €0.20 per message (at least €30 per event).
What do door staff see about guests?
The guest’s name, plus-ones and reply, and how many people have arrived out of those expected. They never see guests’ email or phone. You can replace the check-in link with a new one at any time.
Is RSVP tracking GDPR compliant?
Yes. Guest data is stored in an EU database; you are the controller and we are the processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The invitation has no advertising trackers.
